Just as the moon waxes and wanes, we too undergo transformations throughout our lives, navigating the highs and lows of our emotions. Each chapter of this book symbolizes a distinct phase of my mental health journey, encapsulating both struggles and triumphs. It’s not only a testament to finding joy in the midst of challenges but also a continuous quest for self-discovery and happiness. Journey with me as I share my intimate story, drawing parallels between the celestial dance of the moon and the human spirit’s resilience.

About Tyler Lenn Bradley: Tyler Lenn Bradley (she/her) is a Los Angeles based riveting motivational poet and speaker. With an unwavering passion for mental health advocacy, Tyler’s mission is to inspire self-love and resilience in every soul she touches. Her poems have graced various anthologies, notably the Los Angeles Poet Society’s “Refleshing Anthology.” In 2022, Tyler embarked on an international poetry tour, captivating audiences across Italy, Spain, England, France, Ireland, and Australia. Today, she lends her voice as the host of the Los Angeles Poet Society’s “Voices of Color” on Instagram Live. Tyler’s debut poetry collection, “Phasing Freely,” is set be released on December 9, 2023 by Alegria Publishing.
